This top quality apartment, located in the condominium Vila Marachique: Lote 8 - 310 has 2 bedrooms, living room, 2 bathrooms and a kitchen. Up to 5 people can enjoy this apartment comfortably. The apartment is located on the third floor accessible by lift and stairs. There is a large garden area with palm trees and exotic plants, which possess one of the largest pools in the area with a wet bar where refreshments are served. There is a children's play area, which includes park swings. The two bedrooms are equipped with a double bed and one single bed in the second bedroom. In the lounge there is a TV with Portuguese channels (some english) and good wifi. The apartment is furnished with a corner sofa and dining area. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, stove with oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker and toaster. There is a large supermarket (Intermarche) over the road. The center of Alvor (25 minute stroll) includes shopping areas, restaurants, cafes and bars as well as several golf courses and other sports facilities. There are a few nearby restaurants and bars that you can find on the walk/drive into Alvor.
Faro International Airport is the closest airport which is 55 minutes by car. There is a bus stop 200 meters away.
Nearby, in addition to several beaches and the ria de alvor, there are a number of options available such as: water theme parks, several golf courses (Penina Golf, Alto, Gramacho and Palmares). Also near the Algarve International Aerodrome where you can enjoy various activities. We can on request arrange various activities of interest. We also recommend a visit to Zoomarine. In Portimão, you can visit the Museum and Municipal Theater.
